Miuchiz Reborn for macOS
Download the disk image for your Mac's chip and drag Miuchiz Reborn into your Applications folder. Requires macOS 11 or later.
Not sure which to download? Check the Apple menu → About This Mac. If it says "Apple M1" or later, choose Apple Silicon. If it mentions Intel, choose Intel.
Includes the launcher, the game client, Miuchiz Sync for connecting your handheld to Planet Mion, the Emiu2 emulator, and the handheld firmware updater. Account creation is done inside the launcher, which also keeps the game up to date automatically.

Installing
-
Open the downloaded disk image
(
MiuchizReborn-macos-aarch64.dmgorMiuchizReborn-macos-x86_64.dmg). - In the window that appears, drag Miuchiz Reborn onto the Applications shortcut, then eject the disk image.
-
Open Miuchiz Reborn from your Applications folder. The first
launch will likely be blocked because the app isn't notarized by Apple.
- macOS 15 Sequoia and later: when the "Apple could not verify" dialog appears, click Done. Then open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down to the message about Miuchiz Reborn being blocked, and click Open Anyway. Confirm and enter your password when asked.
- macOS 11–14: right-click (or Control-click) Miuchiz Reborn in Applications, choose Open, then click Open in the dialog.
- Create your account in the launcher and play!
The first time you use Miuchiz Sync or the handheld updater, macOS will ask for your administrator password once to set up USB access to the handheld.
Miuchiz Reborn is a free fan project and isn't notarized through Apple's paid developer program, so Gatekeeper is cautious with it. The block means "unidentified developer," not that anything harmful was found. You only need to do this once.
